Stingray City: A Must-Do Experience

If there is one mandatory tour in the Cayman Islands, it is called Stingray City.

This is one of the only places in the world where you can swim with stingrays in their natural habitat, in extremely clear and shallow waters.

The experience is simply surreal: we walked in the middle of the sea, in an average depth of about 1 meter (3 feet), while several stingrays swam all around us.

The tour also includes a stop for snorkeling at a beautiful coral reef.

We did this tour with the company Captain Marvin’s.
